The crew is very helpful, the restaurant is very cozy and the food is good! Esperanza and Jorge in special were super friendly, and we stayed two nights for dinner because of their good service!
Real Inn Cancún - Highly Recommended I stayed at Real Inn Cancún for 5 days, and it was an incredible experience. The customer service is amazing—everyone is friendly, attentive, and goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The view is absolutely stunning, especially from the pool, which overlooks the water. It’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind. What I loved most about this hotel is how quiet, clean, and peaceful it is. It’s the ideal place to escape the hustle and truly relax. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway!
It was nice, clean, the staff were lovely. You're quite far away from the main part of the hotel zone with all the shops and things. If you want to go a walk to get something to eat, you will be walking miles. It was cheap though when I booked it. I'd probably pay a bit more to move further east to be near things. Although the beach to the north was very quiet, and sitting in the pool here, we had the place to ourselves for a lot of the trip
Overall the hotel was nice, budget friendly and in a nice location. The water wouldn’t warm up the first day but it got warmer each day after they fixed it also the shower head was a bit rusty. BUT … the service was good everyone was kind and helpful. Julio was especially amazing and had exceptional service! He was friendly and personable. He helped call taxis and schedule wake up calls for our early morning activities.
This review is of the lobby and cafe only as we did not stay on property. Nice coffee shop we visited each morning. Makes a decent cup of Joe and reasonable prices. People are very friendly and despite not staying we were always greeted warmly in the lobby. It is located where most of the resorts are private. Easy to cross the street in the morning from our Airbnb. The cafe is decent and not expensive. Don't expect gourmet food. View is nice but it can get hot if there is no breeze. Service was great in the cafe and coffee shop. Also a good spot to grab an Uber or bus closer to the action in the HZ.
Nice hotel, good pool and chilled vibes in the outdoor space. Julio the bellboy is incredibly helpful, he is a legend and deserves a raise!
Service was excellent and friendly! Very nice, small and peaceful pool area with a good view. Rooms were quite modern but not so sound proof. We heard everything from the corridor. Compared to the prices near the beach, this was definitely worth of invest! Very easy and cheap to get downtown or playa areas by bus.
Our room is very spacious. The hotel is near a bus stop and has great view over the boulevard and lagoon. The flush didn't work properly but we didn't encounter any problems. Water bottles are replenished daily which is very convenient for us. They also serve great Starbucks drinks. Good to know: there is an ATM inside the hotel.
